Need a missing part.
Can you please provide us with the spacer/washer that hold the showerhead firmly in position. The item is matte black and has the striations on one side. Thanks. Otherwise, it works great!

The media could not be loaded. Great water pressure, easy to install , changes color on its own.

Missing instruction, cut washer on swivel -- Was this used???
showed up with no instructions, which for the most part is not needed. However, the washer on the swivel is cut - I suspect it should not be - water under pressure will find the weak point and result in water leak. Given, the missing instruction and cut washer leads be to believe this i used, or at least sold and was returned.

2 Star do to it leaks the White Rubber is missing from the inside -i had to tape it Like no tomorrow it leaks still tiny tiny dropalways wanted one of these and i get some bad luck

Temperature sensing lights fail rather quickly.
I really liked the shower head initially as it provided a large area of waterfall, but the lights quit working in just acouple of months. I liked having the temperature sensing lights as it kept me from getting scalded when I stepped into the shower. Other than that, it is a good head. I would have rated it much higher without the light issue.
