My favorite otoscope
I’ve bought a few in the past and this one is my favorite! Very easy to use and connect. Camera is great and I can see easily and clearly.

Where did the app go?
Bought this a year ago and used app on iPhone without problem. Now need to use on Android device and there no app in app store and the QR code doesn't scan. What a waste!!

Great to examine kids ears
Works well and the larger image on the phone is great. The kids like to see their own ears also...good product.

Super impressed actually

Wax removal tools are dangerous
This is a great camera and that's all. The included tools for removing ear wax are dangerous. It's way too easy to puncture your ear drum with these. I used a liquid wax softener followed by flushing the ear with warm water many times using a syringe. This may need to be repeated for a couple of days. I used Debrox but only twice a day. Don't try to remove the wax by inserting anything into the ear canal other than the camera, wax softener and water. To summarize, it's a terrific camera, but not a wax removal tool.
