DUMA (DVD/S) [2005]

if you have not yet got this DVD Film "DUMA" @ £5.54. go & Order it now as it's one of the best Family Films. from 2005 I give it 10 out of 10 Rating, this DVD is it's about a boy & his best friend a Cheetah on a Journey together !

A nice little family story. I thought it was in cartoon style from the picture on the front of the DVD when I ordered it but it's not. It was much better being 'real life'. The conection between the people and animals is spectacular. The African scenery fantastic. It gets a bit fancyful at times, a little sad but my 5 year old granddaughter and 8 year old grandson loved it. (As did my daughter and I!)

This film is beautiful, I have a new found love for cheetahs after watching this emotional and moving film, which manages to not ever become too overly sentimental or unreal but is magical and memorable.

A young boy finds a baby cheetah, his parents let him keep it, the boy and the Cheetah are always together but soon his father tells him he must go back to the wild, the boys father dies, the journey is not as easy as the boy thinksNice film, good story

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS MOVIE WITH BREATHTAKING SCENERY AND A LOVELY STORY AND MESSAGE WITHOUT BEING CHEESY. SIMPLY STUNNING!

First saw this film a few years ago with my friend. Me and him used to go and get a tub of chocolate ice cream from the shop and go and sit on his bed and watch films. We must have watched this at least 6 times! This was our favourite by a long way! Such a sweet little boy who has an amazing but tough adventure for his best friend encountering a few obstacles on the way. It is lovely. Ordered this as going through a rough time at the moment with this friend. Made me cry as it is sweet but also for the memories. Will definitely recommend for a light hearted afternoon film to snuggle up to. :D

A truly wonderful movie, ideal for the whole family and also for teaching purposes if you are after raising cultural awareness, specifically for a lifestyle in Africa. Great shots of African landscapes, fabulous music and interesting plot. Great product, quick despatch, satisfied with the purchase

got this to show in an world studies class - it did not disappoint. It also provided some excellent talking points for PSHE. Also family viewing it became a favourite with all ages.
