cooking surface is 9&1/2 inches x 9& 1/2 in.

How do I flip the egg over over? I am just now using it and cannot figure how to flip the egg over so it’s not runny

What color is the back?

The bottom is the same color as the sides of your pan. Mine is all blue.

Can this one be used in oven?

Good question. I have often wondered this bc I own a few Neoflam pans and NONE of them say anything in the paperwork about whether they can go in the oven. My guess is NO and I have never tried mostly bc the handle seems to be plastic.
