Great product
Got the product at a great price point so definitely no regrets from that aspect. Contrary to a lot of other reviews I found the sizing to be fine for myself. Per their guide I used Small for my 33" waist.

Fairly good.
Waistband is a bit weird, the material comes all the way up on the inside. Other than that they're pretty decent. My regular size (large) fits fine.

Very comfortable and warm in winter
These socks are very nice to the touch and have a padded feeling under the feet cause of how soft they are.Since they are woollen, they provide quite a bit of insulation, and perfect for long walks in cold weather.I don’t really care about looks of socks, but these look fairly generic and wont affect any style choices.I waited to put it through a few wash cycles, and other than the lint they collect (like all woollen clothes) they did not shrink or suffer any issues.Listed Price when I reviewed it: £10.99(Disclaimer: I received this for free as part of the Amazon Vine program, but the views here are based on my own experiences and not edited or influenced by anyone)

More suited for casual walks than Hiking. Not great VFM (currently £11)
These are comfortable socks with a fit that was just right for me. They are soft and warm, a little thicker than a day-to-day sock, but not quite what I would call a hiking sock. These would be ideally suited for colder days where you are going for a casual walk. They can be used for hiking, but not so much if you are going for a serious long haul walk on mountain trails and rough ground.I use these mostly for winter walking the dog on paved roads. Whilst these contain wool, I have thrown mine in the washing machine and tumble dried them. They haven’t shrunk, lost elasticity or become misshapen. These are currently priced at £11 for 1 pair which is not great value for money. I know Merino wool is expensive, but you can get better deals than this.

Genuine Merino wool, super-soft but very stretchy.
So very often on Amazon, products are advertised as made of natural fabrics, when the labels reveal that they are in fact 100% synthetic. Not here! I had no need to check a label, the moment I touched these socks I could tell by their luxurious softness that they are the real deal. They are also well designed. As the ad. clearly shows, the cuffs are very long. What a photo can't show is how very stretchy the socks are.I was concerned that the Large size I ordered might not fit me. Ordering online is always a bit of a gamble. (I wear a 42 size boot, giving me plenty of space to fit in 2 pairs of socks.) In fact these Merino socks would adapt to fit quite a range of sizes. The stretchiness also means that they are very smooth on the feet, not developing any ridges which might become uncomfortable or even cause blisters on a long hike. Personally, I would not wear them on their own for hiking. They are not super-thick and I like my feet to be warm AND well-cushioned. However, they would fit well under a 2nd pair of socks designed specifically for hiking and the outdoors. The current price of £10.99 is for one pair. I imagine most buyers would like to buy at least 2 pairs, so it would be nice if the seller could offer a discounted price for multiple pairs. At present, if you buy 5 pairs you can claim a 5% discount, but that seems to me a bit mingy! However, the seller also offers Free Returns, though once you have touched these socks, I doubt if you will want to part with them.

Happy, Warm Feet, Sizing Between Variants Is Unusual
I was able to get myself a pair as well as my partner - I'm UK 7 and L fit me no problem - partner is 10-10.5 and XL in these. We realised this when separating the washing (to put on a cooler wash with other delicate fabrics) - there's barely much difference in size between the Merino.tech L and XL - which means I'll probably end up wearing his and vice versa by accident! Bit strange, but neither of us have problems with fit.Another reviewer comments on this, so it wasn't just us!Really like mine and being someone with cold hands and feet who feels sub zero temperatures acutely I feel they keep me toasty enough walking around in the snow. Feet shouldn't get 'sweaty' in these either, as wool has moisture-wicking properties. These seem well-priced compared to some merino wool sock brands (these have 85% Merino).

Good, comfortable socks
I destroy socks. I don't know how or why, but a standard pair of socks don't last long for me. I might get 7-10 wears out of them before holes appear in the same couple of spots. These socks are so far showing no signs of thinning in those areas and are remaining in great condition. They are really comfortable - they hug the foot tightly - but it's a good tight. I hate loose socks that slip down.... But these stretch nicely, without ruining the fit. They're also very warm - great for when it's a cold day but you don't want a massively puffy thermal sock.I would recommend, and well worth the money for a good warm and comfortable pair of socks.

Great Fit
The fit isn’t too tight or too baggy; loose fit is the best fit style. This pair is comfortable with easy movement. The price is good for what you get.

Super Comfortable and Soft
My husband got super excited when he saw these boxers, but all I could think was how awful wool must feel against those parts of your body. Then he explained that Merino wool is different and very smooth and soft. Was he ever right! When they arrived I wanted to feel them for myself and was so pleasantly surprised by how soft and smooth the fabric feels. They're great for holding in warmth in the cooler months, but they breathe well and can be worn any time of year. The sizing was right on, the cut is perfect, and the quality of the material is impressive.

Unbelievably comfortable
I am fairly active and am always looking for ways to stay cool/dry in that area - especially during hikes. The first thing I noticed when putting these on is how comfortable they were - very soft and, as promised, moisture wicking. I wish they had come in a multi-pack instead of just one - given the price. But, hey, I'm not complaining - it is Merion wool, as promised.
