This collet is for a 1/4 shaft Burr it fits the inexpensive diegrinder on Amazon

This piece helps to hold the 1/4" bit In place. It fits inside the end of the end grinder and with the help of a nut sqeezes the 1/4" shaft of your bit to hold it secure. Hope this was helpful.
