Love this stuff, initially bought it to try help hangovers. Although it doesn’t completely get rid of the hangover feeling, if you take one before your night out and then one in the morning, recovery is definitely much quicker than without these!I have also started taking them when I feel a bit run down or when recovering from migraines. The electrolytes give a good pick me up for the day!Have tried orange and water melon flavour's so far, both are very refreshing and taste great.

Bought for my 40yr old daughter to aid recovery from a sickness bug temp &body aches that had been passed on, the wild cherry tastes lovely not to sweet and smells divine, she could not keep anything down but she could this , it does say drink at once but obviously she could only take sips over the day. You mix one sachet with a pint of water mixes quickly no residue not fizzy ,the next day her energy levels were def back up compared to the other people that started with the bug at the same time so would highly recommend for aiding recovery.

I do love these electrolyte sachets for the flavour, myself and my partner have bought a fair few boxes over the years however with this last batch the powder was very clumped and unfortunately the pull section to open to sachet didn’t work at all, very difficult to pull and didn’t open to sachet anywhere near enough required, it wouldn’t been ok but due to the clumps we had to cut open every sachet which is fine when being at home but taking it in to your bag to use on a day out wouldn’t be advised unless you carry scissors

I love the taste of the cherry flavour. It reminds me of the double dip sherbet. I would drink these all the time if I could afford to so I have to ration them out for times when I feel I need a boost. I have hidden disabilities and I feel they help with my energy levels. I tried the other flavours in a mixed box once I wasn't so impressed by other flavours. The cherry is definitely my favourite.

Personally, I put these in a litre of water as otherwise I feel there are a bit too strong but I really love them. They have a great flavour.

I never leave a review for anything but feel i need to tell people about this product .it does work as a hangover remedy but it is potentially the worst thing I have ever tasted in my entire life !if u can manage to drink it,it does work but drinking it is like a bush tucker trial ,that can be the only possible comparison.I found the only way to get it down was to drink with sparkling flavoured water and continuously dilute it and keep stirring it .I promise it does work but it’s not for the faint hearted In Respect of how bad it tastes and how hard it is to consume .i gave given it 3 stars simply because its so bad in regards to actually drinking its contents x

Absolutely love these. No bitter taste. Tasted like a fruit drink. Look forward to drinking it every morning. I’m already feeling less fatigued so will continue drinking them

Good Value, in terms of taste, is closer to lemon with little to no lime taste, a little too tart in my opinion but overall its good. Not sure if it's something like placebo, but I don't necessarily feel "refreshed" compared to other hydration supplements, however, it did help reduce muscle soreness/cramp (just wasn't "refreshing", I can't really describe it any other way in this context). The packaging was a little bit annoying, the tear-off point was just a little tough to rip off and even if you're able to rip it off cleanly, the mixture clumps up in the narrow exit (you've to shake and twist it).
