Why when i order this do i get the message "cannot deliver to this address"

Because for some reason they can’t, or don’t want to, deliver to that address.

Hi does this work in the power wash pro model?

It states on the bottle 'for use in ALL upright models' to be honest i used it in a Bissell handheld model as i only had a small area to clean and it worked a treat. Hope this helps.

Is this safe to use on a Velvet sofa?

I use it all the time on my navy blue velvet sofa, and velvet cushions, brings it up lovely.

is this product safe when pets are in the house?

I have 3 dogs in the house :) Always advise all pets are away from area of cleaning they will naturally stay away from a machine that can be irritating to their ears! I have had no ill effects to the dogs or humans .... Just be conscious of any cleaning fluid in concentrate could be harmful to all. I personally would recommend this product as I use according to manufacturers instructions.
