Unusable
Product is suppose to be a cream. What arrived was solid, brick like, totally unusable. Appears it was on a shelf somewhere for years. Not worth the trouble of returning via UPS.

Like straight oil on your hair
This is like putting straight coconut oil on your hair. It’s awful. I literally threw it away after regrettably using it twice. Makes hair clumpy and dull. Would never purchase again.
