Metal work is PVD coated and the keepers are the flat sided type (rather than the rounded side type - a style issue only and I prefer this type). The buckle is unbranded, but is matte while the keepers are slightly glossy. Heat sealing / finishing of holes and strap end is neat / good. Length from buckle pin to last hole is 23cm (14.5cm to first hole and with a small 16cm wrist, I am on hole 5 and the excess strap still fits between both keepers). Being nylon, the strap is stiffer and shinier than the canvas/material ones I own. It also feels rougher to the touch, but not when on the wrist, where it is as comfortable as any I have had (I fit all my daily wear (work) & sport watches with NATO straps for comfort and durability). Its a nice looking and well made strap and is cheaper that its canvas counterparts. It wont show dirt or bobble like its canvas counterparts either and will be good in wet / challenging / dirty environments and easy to clean. Nor is my wrist sweaty due to the nylon (I had thought this might be a downside compared to canvas). I dont expect the PVD coating to stay on (note PVD coatings do chip and scratch), but INFANTRY dont claim PVD was designed by NASA and used on the Space Shuttle (as others do) - good for them.

The strap is well made and feels comfertable on the arm. It is long enough for a large wrist. It is jet black so it does look okay on a formal watch which I have used it for. My one concern is that it is too long for a smallish wrist and then the strap comes up far too much and has to be folded under. The watch also sits funny on my wrist but I'm not sure if that is the size of my wrist or the way the strap is designed and where the watch fitrs on to the strap.

I've bought three of these so far, as they are so much more practical than the straps that I had on my watches. The first I fitted to a Mondaine where the layers of the existing leather strap had started to separate; the hardest part of the whole process was cutting the old strap off. The new one fit fine and is very comfortable. The second was just a colour change for the Mondaine. The third I bought to fit to a Braun that had a stiff leather strap which seemed to have the holes cut in just the wrong place. I haven't managed to fit this to the watch yet, because there is very little room for manoeuvre around the lugs; but that's a property of the watch, rather than a failing of the strap. I can honestly see myself buying one of these for every watch (with a non metal strap) that I might buy in future. The black metal rings complement the strap colours very nicely.

as described the 22mm width was correct ,and fits my INVICTA COALITION FORCES model no 33627 , with no problem and complete ease, the strap sits comfortably on my wrist. price was good, and postage/delivery was fast.

This strap is a lot thinner than the last one of this type I had. However the mechanical strength is probably far more than the pins holding it to the watch. It is also a lot shorter I only have 1 hole left after fastening it and I do not have a particularly big wrist. My last strap of this type wore out at the fastening holes, this thinner strap will probably not last as long.

Over the years I have probably spent a lot more on straps for my diving watch than I did on the watch itself. The rubber / plastic ones crack, 'waterproof' leather ones disintegrate in the sea water (especially the keepers), metal ones dig into your wrist when kayaking. This is a nice, simple and, I would say, elegant strap made of comfortable, heavy duty webbing that looks as though it should last and should have no problems at all with salt water. The best feature are the keepers for the end of the strap. On past straps these have always been the first part to fail. These ones appear pretty well bomb proof. A great buy.

Well put together strap with quality aligned with the advertised nylon. The strap does get a little scratchy and is very firm, whether this will wear down over time is another thing to assess. Overall worked with strap modifications to the watch i was using and works as nice replacement. If wet, the band takes a while to dry out. but overall decent quality.

Great watch strap. BestI've ever owned. SEE UPDATE below These are big, lots of room for the band to attach. I had problems in the past trying to find XXL watch straps but this one fits fine and because its nylon I believe you could cut to size. Really like this one and do not see any need to pay for a more expensive one. The only thing I've done to the strap is cut off the second strap holder. I was not using it and personal choice decided to simply get rid of it. Great buy Update: Dec 2022 - This strap has been on my Casio MDV106 (Duro) since I bought them December 2014. I, basically, only take my watch off once a year to change the batteries which means its been in constant use for 8 years and its still in good shape. I only noticed that I had the strap for so long because, unfortunately, the glue holding the bezel ring on my Casio finally gave out. Which has caused me to think about retiring the pair. So when I looked on Amazon the last purchase date showed up and I could not believe that they both have been in constant use for so long. Both have proved to be Super buy's and I highly recommend them both. Note, I think I can glue the bezel ring back on the watch and the watch strap is still in good shape. So I do not need to buy a new combo. However, after eight years of daily use and a combined cost of less than $60 to replace them, I think I may as well start fresh and keep the old ones as back up.

Habe am 28.12.15 das Band für meine ICE-Watch bestellt, da das Silikonteil bereits mehrfach gebrochen war. Bereits am 30.12.15 lag das Band auf meinem Schreibtisch! Mein Kompliment an den Händler! Dank wählbarer Größe passte es tadellos und war in 30 Sekunden ohne Anleitung und Werkzeug angebracht. Vollkommen geruchsneutral! Sattes schwarz! Sieht sehr gut aus. Länge ist auch nicht überlang und kann in die Halterungen geführt werden, so dass es nicht übersteht. Noch ist es etwas steif, aber nicht unangenehm. Denke aber, dass sich das noch etwas gibt. Somit eine volle Kaufempfehlung von mir!

Nice band .. Great hardware ... Material not as soft as I would have thought or similar to other bands .. But perhaps after a period of wear in, it might soften up .. Very sturdy ....

The most durable NATO strap I have bought so far. Metal hasn't faded and material hasn't frayed for over 2 months of rough use.
