Q: is this supposed be used as a serum (closer to the eye) or as an eye cream (above the cheek bone)?

I did not use it under my eyes. I did not see any results.

Q: Can you use this cream around the eye area for wrinkles and crow's feet?

I tried it for around the eye area, and got little irritated bumps under my eyes. I recommend you Dont do it. Otherwise, you should test it on a small area around your eye to see if you don't get any side effects.

I've used it several years, and think it it is somewhat preventative as opposed to "fixing" wrinkles lines. I use it daytime under makeup, and also use rosehip oil at nighttime.
