This hot tub works very well and dose heat up with in 12 hours. It also arived very quick but is not very big as it would only fit 3 people comfortably but would recomend this item

A word to the wise don’t buy this had mine 2 years , the moter has been sent back which I had to dismantle my self and then put back together again , and it still didn’t work right it turns on by itself ,the heat setting don’t work properly, so I told them I wanted my money back and after weeks off hassle they won’t pay for the return as it comes from Denmark and they won’t refund money , it’s been off with folts more times than I’ve been in it , DONT BUY ITS RUBBISH get a lazy spa , iam going to have buy again so cost me twice 👎😩

Bought this item May 2016 it would not heat up after 6 months. Contacted seller and after nearly 2 months of chasing, constant emails and hassle. I had to dismantle the control unit to return it for a repair, it took months again for the repaired unit to be returned. It worked well and all was good for about 3 months and then the bubbles switch them selves on and can't be switched off ( this lasts about 20mins ) then you can't switch them back on. Still heats up and filter works etc... but no bubbles after initial burst. Now at the weekend after being in it I believe the bubbles being on for these prolonged times ever time you switch it on has burned the motor out !!! It was my second hot tub after owning a Lazy Spa, just fancied a square one and this one looked good. AVOID NON STOP HASSLE in the 2 years I have owned it !!!
