Horrible and defective
My 12 year old son saved and saved his money to purchase this. By day 2, the front wheel wobbled so intensely, he could not ride it. Upon closer inspection, the molding of the front wheel bar was crooked and coming apart. Jetson will not help us as it is supposedly a discontinued model. Super frustrating. Bad for this company as I won't trust their products in the future.

Don’t disappoint your little one
The reviews are right! Don’t bother! My son enjoyed his for one week before front wheel wobbled so bad it broke OFF THE FRAME. Return/warranty process should be interesting if the rest of the reviews are correct!

Poorly made and terrible customer service at Jetson.
We purchased the jetkart 1.0 separately to go with a Jetson hoverboard we already owned. The hoverboard is great but the jetkart is a piece of junk and Jetson customer service is terrible. The jetkart was a Christmas present for my 11 year old son, it broke two days after Christmas. Jetson has promised replacement parts for 3 months now and he still doesn't have it.

Bought this product and the jetkart velcro was ripped and my son hit the concrete floor and had some injuries, reached out to Jetson, been over a week, to provide a better alternative for the fixing the cart, but no reply or updates, waiting...,

Lots of fun, very powerful
Lots of fun, very powerful, all-terrain you can ride it in the grass too. MAKE SURE TO WEAR A HELMET especially if it’s your first time rider. The seat cannot be on it to adjust the speed. Out of the box it’s set to advanced and goes about 8mph and very sensitive.
