Not worth it.
Very runny, not thick like the sugar flair red extra and black extra I’ve bought in the past. Completely messed up perfect buttercream due to high water content.

This isn’t a paste.
I’ve bought this product before in a smaller bottle and it was absolutely fantastic. However, when I opened this big tub it was runny and very much a liquid not a paste, making the consistency of my buttercream not great and able to use. It went in the bin. How can 2 products the same but different bottle sizes be so different. I’ve gone back to the small bottles as they come as a very thick paste, not a liquid.

Best black food colouring on the market!
Sugarflair black is the best black food colour for my money. Doesn’t take too much to get a true black colour so it doesn’t affect the taste.
