Since most people nowadays probably have a small rechargeable power supply, these are great to have for regular use or emergency. During a power outage one of these was enough to illuminate a whole room. (ever seen Pitch Black? Like the people in there, you can drape this around you to brighten every room you go into!) If you take an infant or toddler out trick or treating or on a walk in the evening, attach this to their stroller and they will be well-lit and visible. You can even set up to have them change colors. One setting will make them flash between blue and red...so if they want to dress up like a police officer they'll be all set.

Was great, for awhile. Then one day the string just stoped working from about the 8th light, down the rest of the line. If I squeeze the string, it sometimes works, but clearly the circuit is broken about a foot down the strip. Too bad, enjoyed it while it lasted.Only other minor complaint is that when it turns on, it always reverts to the red color, would have been nice to be able to select the preferred color/pattern and restart from there. As it is you need to “reprogram” the string every time it turns on.

The Portable LED light rope does what it is supposed to do. I can put it anywhere and use it by plugging it into my phone or any other LED port. This is a good idea that is a good idea. Thank you.

Lighting was good - spectrum was goodControls were okay - acceptable - a little confusing but operational 7 drinks in - so that's good still..Omni directional LEDs would be nice - but not at the sacrifice of brightness - these were perfect for what we used them for! Strung them up with some simple tie line 550 cord.

Seems strong and well made. All colors work. Got for a BWAC canoe and camping trip, plan on using the red light in the tent to keep dark vision strong but still be able to see in tent
