Perfect fit for 2018 MIM Telecaster
I paired this bridge with the Wilkinson compensated saddles. Installation was a breeze but your guitar will definitely need a full setup afterward. I saw plenty of reviews that confirmed this bridge fits on the newer Player series but not any that confirmed that it fits the older MIM Standard Telecasters - I can confirm that it indeed fits my 2018 MIM Standard Tele perfectly. One thing that doesn't come through in the pics on the Amazon listing is that the area of the bridge between the pickup and the saddles has a somewhat rough texture and isn't perfectly reflective like the rest of the bridge. That doesn't matter to me at all, I just thought it's worth mentioning because it was somewhat unexpected.

Excellent Fender brand part
I upgraded from a Squier tele bridge plate to this Fender plate. I took some 320 grit sand paper and lightly smoothed out the edges around the pickup and screw holes. This plate seems to ground better than the thick chrome plating of the Squier plate. I have zero hum while not touching the guitar.

Perfect Fender replacement part
This is an exact replacement for the Telecaster bridge plate on several models, including the Made in Korea (MIK) Tele.Several had commented how only a portion of the bridge plate has the slick polished chrome, and the remaining portion appears unfinished. This is done on purpose, as the original Telecasters had a bridge cover (typically called the Ashtray), and the only portion of the bridge plate that was visible is/was the piece that was closest to the player, underneath the ashtray. Leo Fender, being the penny pincher that he was, and to cut costs, reasoned that this should be the only portion of the bridge plate with the polished finish, since the remaining portion couldn't be seen. That tradition established in the early 50's continues today with this style of Telecaster bridge plate.

Buy it
How many zillion amazing Telecasters have this exact neck plate? Don't overcomplicate things. This is the standard and the only one you need. Buy it.

Terrible quality control
The back is all scratched up, there’s paint on it, and there’s a little bit of rust forming on it already. Also only about a third of it is actually polished so it’s not “chrome.”UPDATE: ordered a replacement and same exact BS. Idk if these are their defective parts that are being resold or what the deal is but just avoid this. Only good if you’re going for a relic look.

Genuine Fender
Perfect for building (or replacing) a vintage Tele. Typical Fender quality is there and at a very reasonable price. Tip: Pick up a set of Wilkenson compensated brass saddles. They match up perfectly with the Fender bridge and make intonation simple and dead accurate.

Looks rugged, I don't mind
As many other reviewers have pointed out, these are the vintage looking bridge plates. They have jagged corners and variable finish. I like this look, but if you are looking for a pristine/clean bridge, look elsewhere.

Puente rayado

Fits great!
Added this with some compensated brass saddles to my player series Telecaster. Fits perfectly over the existing hardware holes.

Perfect fit on my standard telecaster
I originally replaced my bridge with a Wilkinson compensated bridge but the string holes did not line up so I had to top load the strings. This bridge fit perfectly everything lined up. I used the old compensated saddles and the setup was perfect. 10/10 recommend this ashtray.
