exactly what I was wanting. A good pen that writes smoothly and has some weight to it. It is not a HEAVY pen but you know your holding a pen. The barrel is very comfortable and balanced. I don't get fatigue when use it, nor do I have to press it into the paper to write. The finish on the barrel and cap are flawless with the gold accents looking like they will hold up to use. Now this is a luxury pen so you have to treat it as such. Don't just throw it around and stuff it in a drawer or it will start to look like a cheap pen. The barrel and cap will bend and dis-figure if handled without care. Great pen for the price.

You just have to be careful to buy the same ballpoint refill when you run out of refills (Not rollerball refills). Writes smoothly. The original ink cartridge does not last long (about a week) and you have to write with the pen at 90 degrees.
