Great for what I needed them for strong but soft as well

Unfortunately the joining clips on these are not strong, 2 have broke already, my son is disappointed

These agility rings work in a similar way to an agility ladder.The idea is that you lay them out on the ground and you carry out agility exercises. These exercises will be drills where you work on various combinations of putting one or both feet into one ring and then taking them out or moving them to another ring.The benefit over an agility latter is that you can vary the layout of the rings in multiple ways, whereas the agility ladder is always going to be fixed. This widens the amount of exercises you can do, whilst, at the same time, still allows you to do the same exercises an agility ladder would offer should you choose to lay them out in a ladder format.The rings themselves are easy to clip together and set up and they are a fairly hard plastic with just enough flex that they won't easily break or get damaged - important if you are planning to use them a lot in team settings.

Bought these and after the first session two broken connectors on both sides and three other broken connectors on half of the others. If you haven’t got agile players in the first place, avoid this product and go for something with softer, flexible plastic

My husband is the coach for my little boy and his football team, these have been perfect at teaching them different drills. They have lots of different uses and are very versatile with how they can be adjusted in various ways.They have helped to improve the balance and speed as well as core skills for the little ones. They have been easy to assemble and pack away after use. They are easy to carry around in the car and are lightweight too. They are durable and the plastic rings are easy to wash if they get muddy on the pitch.
