Great product, the very thing I needed when I had my knee replacement . The cool man helped keep the swelling down, loved how it recycled the cool water continuously when you use frozen bottles of water with the water. It did what I hoped it would do fantastically!

First day after knee replacement surgery set this up and it worked great, When I went to take it off I noticed the towel I had under my leg was a little damp (I figured it was from condensation). When I put it on later in the day after Physical Therapy the towel soaked through. My husband took a look at it and it was squirting water from several locations on the pad. I would return this but I ordered it early to ensure I would have it when I came home from surgery and was past the return date. I love the concept of this product and it does work great, just springs leaks very easily and only after 1 or 2 uses.

I was so excited to get this ice therapy machine and to be able to use it after my knee replacement. My machine arrived on Wednesday and I returned home from the hospital on Thursday.I had pre-made lots of ice to make this recovery as easy as possible. Friday morning I read instructions and made sure everything was correct, from the ice and water levels to the connector on the pad to the machine. I applied the pad to my knee and used the bandage to hold it in place, then I turned on the machine. The water started to flow and the motor seemed fine. Hours later it was icing time and I did exactly what I did with the first icing.When I got comfortable in my recliner, I turned it on and immediately after the machine is turned on the motor sounded weird to me.I started to do all the troubleshooting then noticed there was dampness on my ace bandage and the connector from the pad to the machine was wet. I immediately shut the machine off and removed the pad from my knee. I'm so upset as I did everything to make sure my post surgery recovery would be as easy as possible. So, now I sit here very disappointed. By the time I'm able to have a friend return this for me and I order another one, I would have to wait several days. Everyone knows the importance of icing post -op.I forgot to mention the connector that was supposed to look like the one in the add, was not the one I received.You can see the difference from the two photos I added to this review .

This one worked very well and cost 100 dollars cheaper than my doctors office. If you need one this one is recommended

Device effective but cooling pad fragile with leaks developing after limited use

I absolutely love this cryotherapy machine. I am just 2 weeks post op with a totally extensive knee replacement and this machine has helped my pain levels beyond belief. It has helped more than any of the pain meds or anything else tried. Only issue I would say I have is that the instructions really doesn’t say much about the heat aspect of this unit. I’m sure you just use hot water but was really trying to find affirmation for that part. Although, I mostly use cold; there are times I need heat as well. Great, great buy and we’ll worth the cost.

Works well

This product was to be used to ice my hip after joint replacement. It stopped pumping cold water no long after return policy. Purchased another one and when it arrived it would not work. China junk
