I've committed to doing daily core exercises because I have a bad back. Every other day I do stuff like planks, dead big, etc but I wanted a faster way to exercise my core for the off days. I've been using this for about a month now, it was super easy to assemble and feels very sturdy with the two wheels side by side. It is a really great and fast core workout. I wouldn't use this right off the bat unless you already have some core strength though, or be very careful. Or you could fall on your face and/or strain something.

It’s a pretty solid ab wheel. I always feel sore the day after using it, so I know it’s working something right. Putting it together and taking it apart is very easy, and the 2 wheel option is very sturdy.

All that is listed came in the box. The build quality is more rugged than I was expected and was pleasantly surprised with the performance. Highly recommend.

So I bought this to train my abs and it came with a jump rope which I use a lot and these weird as balls which end up being some sorta grip exercise, tbh idk what they are but I like throwing them. The ab roller itself is super steady and has good grip, I thought the removable handles would suck but they don't suck, they are tightttt on the thing and makes the whole thing professional. 10/10 would eat again.

I bought this as a gift for my 30 something son who is a hard core fitness buff. Since I thought he might not like it I didn't spend a lot of money, so want sure about the quality. Surprisingly, it was a great value and is quite sturdy.
