These are great. Got both 1 and 1.5 in wide ones. 1.5 is a bit too high for my liking. 1 in is perfect and I really didn’t like them at first. The abrupt change in height from the end of the insert to the insole didn’t feel right. I ended up sliding them in under the insole and now they’re perfect. Plus now hidden, you’d never know it was under there unless you tried them on, then you’d know something was up.

It was a little thinner than I expected but it’s not where it causes any problems I just thought it I’m pretty sure when I ordered these inserts I ordered one that was 1” and one that was 1.5” for some reason I got 2 pairs of 1.5 also I thought they would be a little more snug in my shoes, and I have thin feet.. but It does have adhesive on the bottom to grip your insoles. I prefer to not take the tape off so this way I can slide them in and out of my shoes super easily. Once there in the angle and compression doesn’t allow it to slide forward.. overall it does the job. :)

I am 1.5 inches short on my right side, than on my left, due to a hip replacement and bone disorder. I purchased this lift and i am very happy with the quality. I may now walk without a harsh limp. I also like the fact that it brings 2 lifts. The 1.5 inch lift is great! I really reccomend.

I do not think these are truly an inch of lift. I think the measured to the top of the heel cup at the farthest back, not to the actual heel bed. My foot would work toward the toe as it slid down the ramp. It made them a bit uncomfortable after some walking. These worked better in some shoes than others. There is no "left" or "right" insert, so if you really only need one, you get a bonus one for the money. I probably will not buy anymore of these because I found some that are a single piece, the full length of the shoe.

Incredibly comfortable, stable, nice height addition

The "regular width" are nearly big enough to use in children's shoes. No where near big enough for adult shoes. They are also WAY too soft, just pinching with my fingers reduces the height by half! I was hoping to use theses as in shoe wedges for weightlifting but I don't even feel safe using them in my everyday walking shoes. Waste of money.

This is about the highest lift you can put in a woman’s shoe. It is comfortable and I will order more. I am using a lift in one shoe because of a shorter leg from a hip replacement.

I got these for fun, I don’t need them. I’m already 6’1”. These got me to 6’2” or maybe a tiny bit more (74.5” in certain shoes) They are squishy and comfortable but I haven’t really walked around in them. I doubt anyone would notice the change in my height. Maybe just my brother and father who are both 6’4” since they see me enough. Fun to pretend.
