Dropped my original remote and damaged the screen. Finally got around to replacing it...Wow! Not only does it work better than the original handheld, it immediately connected to my mini split and even fits into the wall rack. Wish I'd replaced it earlier but I was expecting the replacement remove to be much more expensive. Great value, works well and I actually prefer it to the original unit.

This remote is an upgrade from the 3 others we have that look exactly the same but don’t have light up screens. I love the green light that turned on in the background. My only complaint is there was some sketchy (bc I don’t know what it says) Chinese writing tucked into the envelope with the remote. I felt weird about that.

Cheap. Warning, no instructions! Can't set the clock despite having a clock adjust button. Tried to set time using the clock adjust button and the button submerged behind the plastic casing and wouldn't return to normal position. Had to fiddle with the button to get it back in place. Consequently couldn't set the clock. It's going back.

This remote worked well for both my Mini Split systems. I have a wall mount unit and a ceiling tray insert unit and it operated both right out of the box without any kind of pairing.

You always wonder when it comes in a plain brown box marked Made in China but it works great and very happy with purchase.
