super cute but so many typos!
I loved the characters so much! I loved reading about Rydell and her struggle with anxiety/panic attacks. But there were SO many typos and formatting issues in the digital version. The letter J kept popping up in random places and the formatting of the dialogue could be really confused. It would look like Scott was talking because it described something he was doing right next to the quotes with what Rydell was saying. This could easily be fixed though! Still a good story.

Good but please find an editor
It was a pretty good book, but there were an insane amount of grammatical errors. It was hard to enjoy the book when almost every page has errors like using "except" instead of "accept" or forgetting to put a verb in a sentence or spelling "forehead" as "forward".

Desperately needs an editor and to fix the formatting.I don’t know which one came first but this book starts off EXACTLY like Consider Me. The two girls even have almost the same exact name.Didn’t really like the guy. Very selfish and not in a cute way. I liked the attempt at portraying anxiety but just don’t reallyWant toKeep readingLikeThis.Seriously the formatting is really bad. Also why are so many things listed??1. It’s annoying2. It feels too much like the character is taking at the audience which (for me at least) interrupts the flow3. Literally has happened like four times already. These are some relatively easy fixes that could lead to a really good book.

Great story, but in need of major editing
This was a great book. I loved the main characters and their chemistry was amazing. This books does need major editing - a lot of grammar and spelling mistakes.

This is juvenile
This book was terrible. The characters are dry, the grammar is horrendous and the formatting is terrible. It’s packed full of internalized misogyny. It plays up the “I’m not like other girls” trope so aggressively it makes you hate every character involved. I couldn’t even finish it

My Favorite Book
This book is one of the best I have ever read. Day by day I was checking to see if there had been a chapter update. I could not stop reading.

Ok
I liked this book, something kept me intrigued by it but I'm not going to lie, the grammar and the lay out of this book is often times awful, there were barely any paragraphs, so many misspelled or missing words in sentences and no gaps between who was talking, enough that you had to reread a sentence more carefully at least. This wasn't every page but at least every chapter. Also after it got to like 70 percent I was losing interest because it was getting cheesier and the spicy times were becoming a tad boring. I also think it didn't need to be as long as it was but thats just a personal opinion, I liked the premise and characters

Typos galore
There were some plot points that somewhat redeemed it, however it’s just too dragged out and dull. That is excluding all the typos, of which there were far too many. If this had remained on wattpad I would be lenient, however to be published like this to KU, completely unedited, is insufferable.

My comfort read
I'm so thankful to Jaime for writing this book. It's a beautiful strangers to friends to lovers that warms the soul without shying away from some of the horrors of the real world. I love this book so much!

sweet and heartwarming
This is an incredibly sweet and heartwarming read! I loved following Rydell and Scott’s love story. I’m a sucker for the opposites attract and nerd/jock trope, and this book truly delivered. It’s a long book, and a bit of a slow-burn, as Rydell and Scott go from kind of enemies to friends to lovers.I really do wish that this book were a bit better edited for grammar, typos, etc. because it’s so good! I’m looking forward to seeing what else the author comes up with.
