Helix 15cm 180 degree Protractor , Clear, Pack of 1

I bought this for mandala art. Great.

I get these for my children as the flat ones are hard for them to grip with their fine motor control needs. It's easy to use and holds up well in the bottom of a school bag and pencil case. Found these by accident but have been using them for years as a replacement for the flat ones and haven't gone back. They are easy to hold, easy to turn the top and clear to read.

My daughter was told to get this, by her tutor who says it is very effective, so have to go with that she says! I'm no maths genius!!!

It measures angles, seems as good a quality as any other plastic protractor. It is a little bigger at 150 mm which is what I wanted as I use it for gauging angles when bending pipework. There is a downside, it does not have 5 mm markings like most protractors which I found unusual. But it is not a deal breaker, a permanent marker and it is quickly rectified. Overall happy with the purchase.

Finally my helix from school finally ate it. Well, actually the thing lasted for 30 years and my DOG ATE IT. This is to replace that. It has great clarity and precise measurements. It is much easier to see through than my old one and seems well built. I hope this one lasts another 30 years! Good measuring tools to do consistent work. Precision needed and that is just what I received.

I ended up returning this as I found one I liked better. But it seemed perfectly fine. :)

Super Hilfsmittel für die Schule. Der Pfeil daran macht es viel leichter die genaue Gradzahl abzulesen. Dadurch das es rund bis 360 Grad ist, muss man es nicht wenden oder drehen wie die halben Winkelmesser. Das macht es viel leichter.

This is perfect for perspective drawing. My students draw a circle, then use this device to divide the circle into several equal angles as the first step in creating buildings radiating from the center point.Delivery was fast! Item arrived a week early, even though the Helix traveled from England and went through customs.Very very pleased.
