This stair climbing trolley is incredibly sturdy and makes transporting heavy loads up and down stairs effortless – truly a 5-star lifesaver!

The specifications in the product description were not good enough, the wheel size was too small, and did not work well on stairs. It requires a lot of strength to lift even small items, so this product cannot be used on stairs above 7 inches high.This product is not suitable for Indian homes as in small homes the height of stairs is around 8 inches and the wheel size of the product is also very small so it is not suitable.

It's a wonderful product for shifting luggage upstairs but has some technical flaws in the form of the base plate obstruction while transportation of luggage downstairs. The base plate touches the stairs & the wheel drops with a slight thud on it's downward journey. Otherwise, it's worth buying. Full marks for its ease of assembly, height, usability, tuck-away versatility & looks. Recommend a R&D improvement process to the manufacturer to overcome the small glitch to make it a big hit. Suggest in reduction of width of the base plate. Could also incorporate it to a wheelchair with big wheels on the lower side to reduce the incline.

The idea behind the product is good but execution is very poor... may not serve the purpose... is just a fancy item

Product is well designed and appears to be sturdy. Wheels are smooth and of good quality. Since my requirement was for home use only I purchased the 75 kg load bearing capacity product, since it weighs only 3.6 kg and therefore easier to operate.In case heavy object is to be transported up stairs would suggest to purchase a ratchet lashing belt to secure the object.
