I am a 5'5 250lbs person with female characteristics, if I want a shirt to fit as intended, I typically wear women's XL shirts. Shirt is long and goes down to my upper thighs, plenty of room for the bust, sleeves go down past my elbow. I ordered a XXL because I like loose fit clothing, and it's a little bigger than other men's XXL shirts I've ordered. Very good loose fit XXL. Also design is awesome, of quality, vibrant, and very comfortable and will be extra comfy after a few washes. Do wash on cold though to keep every bit of the color, since it's so vibrant.
