Works really well
Works really well. I tried using it from the fridge but it was a bit too cold. Then tried leaving it on the windowsill with the window open and it was lovely and cool. Kept my pillow cool long enough to fall asleep. As it is fairly long I slept with my head on one end and when I woke in the night put my head on the other end. This meant I had a cool pillow most of the night.

I agree it doesn't stay cool for more than about ten minutes but is lovely for my feet on hot nights. Will order another for when this warms up

Cool Gel Pad
This is for my husband who suffers migraines and it help relieve them. Also his medication causes him to get hot and this aids him when in bed. Does the job and no longer need to get up and wet a flannel.

Excellent for keeping cool
Put under pillow case cover its lovely & cool so you get off to sleep .. after a while it warms up just turn over or leave it out while and its good to use again.. Definitely recommend.
