Connectors that may not connect!
These connectors may be suitable to be used in some circumstances but are extremely unreliable when used with Amazon's "LED Flexible Strip Lights Kit White 12V, Oak Leaf Waterproof 5m 300 LEDs Fairy Light Kit Backlight, 16.4ft/Roll, IP65, Addressable LED Tape Ribbon for Kitchen Cabinet PC Bedroom Xmas Decoration light" I attempted to make two joins using these connectors, one I eventually succeeded but still only made intermittent contact. the other join I could not get to work despite trying several of the connectors, I ended up soldering short leads between the strips of LED's which now work satisfactorily. I am an electronic engineer so have an understanding of principles involved.
