Would I Buy It Again? UPDATED
I would absolutely not buy this bike again. The experience I had purchasing this bike was TERRIBLE. The bike itself had some flaws that I have listed below. These issues may not be problematic for you, but please be warned that the biggest disappointment I experienced was with the customer service. I have never in my life felt so belittled and disrespected by a seller as I felt in my communications with Zoova. After realizing I was going to be penalized with a restocking fee if I returned the bike initially, I decided to try to minimize my losses and posted the bike for sale on Craigslist. Zoova somehow found my Craigslist post (to this day, I do not understand how, since they are located in California and I am in Idaho). The proceeded to “call me out” on this fact, saying that I was trying to “abuse the system” because I had not posted the issues I had with the bike in my for sale ad (which of course I didn’t since I was trying to make my money back, and that is my right!). After many back and forth emails with Zoova that further infuriated and belittled me (including threatening to post screenshots of my Craigslist ad to show that I was “dishonest”), we agreed on cancelling my A-Z claim, paying a restocking fee, and posting a 3 star review instead of a one star. The bike itself deserves 3 stars, but the customer service deserves zero stars. What a disappointment they were!I’ve done a lot of research, and this bike seemed to be the best bike in its price range. At $430 for a belt driven, magnetic system, I figured “how can you beat that?” Overall, the bike was easy to assemble. It took my husband and I about 45 minutes. It did have a few little dings and imperfections as a result of obviously rough shipping, but nothing serious enough to complain about. The bike feels sturdy. It appears to be decently made. It is very quiet and a smooth ride. It is also visually good looking. That being said, I have do have some complaints. I did end up returning the bike. Please save yourself a headache and pay attention to their return policy before making a final decision!!!1) The resistance is really lacking. Even turned up all the way, the tension is not what I would expect. I can still fairly easily pedal with maximum tension applied. This could be because the magnetic system doesn’t actually allow contact between the tension adjuster and the wheel, and I am used to felt or systems that allow for maximum tension. I am an experienced cyclist who enjoys incredibly strenuous workouts, so I would probably recommend this bike to beginners and those who like a less challenging feel.2) The emergency brake takes a good 3-5 seconds to stop the wheel. Also, when the tension is turned up all the way, you cannot apply the emergency brake. On all other bikes I have been on, this has never been an issue.3) The digital monitor feels very cheap. I also wonder how accurate it is. It has two headphone-like cables that plug into the back: one for pulse and one for speed. The speed cord comes from back behind the flywheel. This is annoying, and I feel there has to be a better way to do this.4) The pulse reader is inaccurate. My pulse was well above 160 during vigorous exercise, and the pulse reader wouldn’t read above 90. The seller did offer to replace the pulse reader at no cost.5) The handle bars cannot be adjusted to ensure proper safe cycling posture due to the design. Proper cycling form includes having the handle bars adjusted to a forearm’s distance from the seat. With the seat in the correct position needed for me to pedal comfortably and safely, the handle bars on this bike are still 6-8 inches too far away for me (I am 5’7”). This causes me back and elbow pain and feels unnatural when I ride it.This bike may make some happy, but due to the points listed above, it simply wasn’t the bike for me.

Good bike, things to know however!
This is my first bike, I wanted a home gym bike and this one is good. Again, first bike I don't have anything to compare it to. I have looked up videos on how to setup a spin bike, and how to place the seat, and handle bars etc; this bike simply doesn't adjust enough to match what the 'pro's' tell me in order to setup correctly.I'm 5'9 and weight 170. The seat is great, it adjust just fine, but the handlebars DO NOT come forward enough to make it a perfect fit for my size, maybe my arms are short, I don't know. I have to lean a bit more forward than I would like; but I guess I got what I paid for, this is a pel*****. I am going to research and see if the handlebars are replaceable with a different brand, I don't care to use the buttons on them, and to be honest, I don't use the digital monitor. It's a silly thing, yes it tracks some info, but I only follow videos or a HIIT timer on my phone so I don't even need it. It doesnt tell you resistance either, so it's kinda pointless? The resistance setting on the bike is fine, you have no idea how much you're getting so just set it and go. It's easy to adjust on the fly while spinning but since you don't know what increments its changing, it's just best guess. too bad, but still, I only really ride for 10 minutes typically and mostly do HIIT.Overall, construction was easy, it was packaged well, and the thing is heavy as an ox. seriously, the flywheel is so heavy. it's awesome. With my typical usage, I see this bike lasting a very long time.If you own a home gym, or just want a really simple spin bike - I would recommend this. If you are training for serious spin, and do 1 hour sessions and need to adjust for hills and valleys and such, this might not be the best option because its hard to fine tune the adjustment / resistance while going full bore.

Nice home bike to use with Peloton app...only major flaw is LCD display
For the money, this bike is a good value and I'm happy with it. I couldn't see paying $2,500 for a Peloton bike so I purchased this one and use it with the iPad app. The only significant issue I have with this bike is the LCD display....it's junk. The display that came with the bike was broken. It's really cheap plastic and does not measure up to the quality of the rest of the bike. Here's some individual areas that might be helpful for you:- Comfort 4/5: I'm 6'02" and with the seat on the highest setting, it's still not tall enough, but not a huge deal either...just shorten my stride a bit. However, a tad higher on the seat would be perfect. The seat itself is surprisingly comfortable without any additional padding...my rump doesn't ache after riding this for 45-60 min a day.- Build Quality 3.5/5: This really is a sturdy bike, very solid feel and doesn't wobble or rattle when you are pedaling hard. My only gripe is the LCD display...just a piece of junk on an otherwise great bike. Would be nice if the seat height could be push button adjustable instead of the screw in type....just takes longer to adjust from rider to rider.-Controls 4/5: Everything is easy to use...water bottle is in a good spot (unlike others on the back of the bike) and tension adjustment is at the right location. I wish the tension control was a bit more graduated...meaning slight turns increase the tension a lot. It's manageable but wish it were a bit more "gentle". One minor issue....for me, the pulse sensors are too far forward. In an upright position, it's hard to keep my hands on them. Don't really use them anyway with the crappy display but not in a good location.-Ease of assembly 5/5: I hate assembling stuff. Paid my teenage son $30 to put it together and he had it done in less than an hour.-Customer Service 5/5: When I reported my LCD display as being cracked, the Amazon seller had a replacement on the way the same day. I had the replacement on my bike within three days. Very happy with the seller and their level of support for this bike.-Value 5/5: Looked at a lot of bikes prior to purchasing this one. For the price, it's a good value and overall I'm happy with the bike....would buy it again and recommend it to family / friends looking for a decent home bike.
