This is a very effective product. I was surprised how comfortable the headband and ear pieces are, how loud the sound is (I have to minimise the sound on the office phone), how easy to use (I have been to use it with no problems on several different desk phones, both in the dedicated headphone sockets and just in place of the handset) and apparently hardwearing it is, particularly for the very reasonable price.Updated - still work perfectly nearly two years later. Very impressed!

Got given a cisco phone by my employer and used this to plug into the back. It needed the included adaptor (set to channel 3) to work. Works great and very comfortable. Brilliant value for money.

It's plug and play with the Polycom IP 335 desk phone. You just have to press the "headset" button to switch to the headset. The headset itself has a rather short wire and is a little bit uncomfortable, but you get what you pay for.

they did not work properly with our ipecs phones, volume was not loud enough and we could not make it work, returned.these are usually about £50. There is the answer.

I bought this headset to use with my BT Paragon telephone. It works perfectly, I LOVE it. As a counsellor/therapist, some of my work is on the telephone, and it was getting really uncomfortable sitting for an hour while holding the phone squished to my head. Using this headset, I can sit in perfect comfort with both hands free (to write notes if needs be). The headphones are soft and really comfortable, and the microphone is clear, and adjustable. I can hear the caller much easier than before. I highly recommend this product.

Brought this for working from home office to use with new phone, but a bit disappointed very hard on the head and ear pads are small and don't block a lot of outside noise was expecting far better but again for limited use and short calls they are ok.

This was no use to me, although it said it had the right size jack for my BT landline phone (BT had told me which size jack to get), it was completely the wrong shape. I had to send it back and am still trying to find a suitable headset to use. I have problems holding a handset due to arthritis, hence the need for a hands free headset. I cant understand why I cant just buy them in a shop; clearly it's too risky to order something like this online.
