Smells great and works well but the cord gets in the way. It cycles meaning it will send a burst of scent every couple of minutes. It will automatically turn off every 8 hours. I found a different one that stays on constantly - and can be used with a cord, when charged. After using this for a few weeks I noticed it makes a mess, leaving a film. I think I will go back to using the ones with water

So far I have purchased 7 of these! 1st one works great so I decided to buy a 2nd, works great, but thus far I’ve had to replace the 3rd & 4th ones that I bought for my office and boat! Just used one of my replacements this weekend & the peace of crap doesn’t even work already!!! I have a feeling the replacement I just purchased for my office won’t work either. Wtf! While everyone is putting great reviews, be ware 5 out of 7 turned out to be a peace of junk!! The scents are mostly but units VERY inconsistent!

I bought one for my sons room, liked it so much ordered two more and just ordered my 4th! The hotel scents are AMAZING, but you can use other brand eo’s which is great because I’m an eo addict, but was so tired of the water diffusers. First world problems-the oil, the water, the stupid power plug always on the bottom in a precarious spot and often the A/C plug for the outlet is huge, trying to get a strong scent eo out before you use a new scent, the water has to be distilled…. Yes, because you’re using straight eo you use more quickly, but you also don’t need nor does it run constantly. It’s SO simple to set up. I have one of the original eo only diffusers which I paid over $100 for years ago and while it works it’s still has a mess factor and it’s noisy. Like if you’re sensitive to little noises it will get on your nerves. So-this little one is easy to set up, not expensive, love the hotel smells, great for home or office or hotel room. I hope the units last a long time! Also, packaged perfectly for gift giving.

The oil smell amazing but the disfusser quick working within 2 weeks but a replacement was ship out to me so far it is working with no issues.

UPDATE 2: I reached out to the seller since the product died so quickly and I couldn't return it. They immediately got back to me and offered to replace the diffuser, as customer satisfaction is their top priority. Got the new diffuser today and it's humming along just as the first one did. Crossing fingers it keeps doing so. A+ on the Customer Service, VTS! I am a huge fan of great customer service and will restore the stars, minus one for the hassle of having to deal with a malfunctioning unit. UPDATE: Purchased this less than 2 months ago and now it won't function without constantly cleaning the sprayer - seriously, like EVERY.SINGLE.SPRAY. So if you need something to function for less than 2 mos, get this. Otherwise, invest in better. Removing all but one star for the great-smelling oils that came with it that I now have to figure out another means of dispensing. I was comparing a lot of these and chose to go with this one because it came with some great essential oils. Shame on me, I thought it was a rechargeable unit. It is not. Pros: The oils are lovely - single scents are pretty standard but the Breathe and Dream blends are amazing. Scents come out in a very, very fine mist, and on a pretty regular schedule. You can push the button any time you want another blast. It's compact. Price is decent. Cons: It's USB so to use it you need a USB plug or adapter for wall outlet. It's not rechargeable, so must be plugged in. The low light in the base casts a lot of light in the bedroom so if you like it dark, do not get this for your sleep zone. Good lord it wastes oil when you're ready to switch scents. I'm doing a bit of an experiment and need to switch scents daily. The first time I did so, there was easily a teaspoon of oil from the first bottle still in the unit. I had to shake it mightily and use paper towels to get that out, and even so, there was a long time before the new scent could overcome the residual oil. With subsequent oil changes, I've left the unit upside down for 20 minutes and have shaken down the oil with the bottle still on the unit to try to preserve the oil. Though it seems to get the majority of the oil back to the original bottle, there is still plenty of residual oil even after wiping it down so that new scents take hours to come through. With the rare exception, the oil really doesn't throw much scent beyond perhaps a 5-foot radius. Bottom line: It's a little glitchy but the oils are good and if you are looking to scent a kitchen, office, or bathroom with a single scent (or don't mind losing oils and waiting for the next scent to finally come through), this will likely do the trick.

I was so excited to get this and had it overnighted. I don’t know why this is garnering low reviews. It’s small and compact and serves its purpose. Super easy and simple straight forward little machine. The scents are all great they smell really nice and clean. I only wish the oils are more potent. It doesn’t linger. I had it on for 5 hours and I sometimes have to spritz to smell it. It’s not overpowering. But it doesn’t linger either. Not sure how long 1 bottle will last. I used the other bottle on another diffuser downstairs.

September Update - Two and a half months later. Diffuser quit working. Lights up, but not generating any scent, regardless of which bottle I load. Not worth the money I bought the Hotel Scent collection with the small diffuser and 6 scents. I really love the diffuser and the scents, but I'm incredibly frustrated by not being able to buy scent refills. Other than basic scents like lavender or orange, you can't buy the blended scents without buying another set with a diffuser. I don't need another diffuser. I've even emailed the company and got nothing back. There's a website on the material in the box, but there are not products on the website. I won't be purchasing from these guys again, and that's a shame because the scents are wonderful. Also - just FYI - if you just turn the device on once a day, your bottle of scent will last maybe 4-5 days.

I was very excited when I got it and it looks really cool, but it doesn’t work. Nothing is coming out. Maybe I’m doing something wrong. I followed all the instructions.

I like the concept but it didn't work, it broke in 2 days and stopped releasing smoke/steam. It releases bursts of the scent intermittently (I believe every 6 minutes), but somehow the smell disappears quickly and doesn't hang around. It releases a very strong scent since it uses 100% essential oil. I found it a bit wasteful. Unfortunately, I had to return it because it broke in a couple of days.
