Good book about Malt Whiskey. I get one every year just to see the latest whiskeys out.

More than a book of lists, there's great detailed information about distilleries and bottlers of malt whisky. Histories and ownership of the distilleries are covered in-depth. There are articles by Gavin D. Smith, Neil Ridley, Dominic Roskrow, Jonny McCormick, Charles Maclean, Ian Wisniewski and Stefan Van Eycken. There are lots of pictures of distilleries and bottles as well as stats and maps in the back. Its great reading and a wonderful resource for whisky enthusiasts.

This is useful world of whisky issues such as new distillery stories, but no tasting notes. Interesting for some, but not my cup of tea

This is an excellent whisky book and I have been buying one very year for the last seven years, although I always bought locally. This year though I spotted it on Amazon and couldn't resist the great price.
