Q: How does the top circle hook on?

The circle end of the spring attaches to the open hooks on the backside of the chair.

Q: I have had problems with the hooks popping off while in use. Do you have a warranty on the ones you sell? The ones i get from QVC dont last.

Hello, We have a 6 month limited manufacturer warranty on this item that covers any defects with the springs themselves from your date of purchase. If you purchase and want to return for a reason other than defect, we do have a 30 day return policy on that as well.
