Fun
This Scoop-de-Loop juggling set is surprisingly fun! It's a bit trickier than I thought it would be, but that just makes it more rewarding to land a loop. I like that it comes with two sets so I can play with a friend. It's definitely a great way to practice focus and hand-eye coordination, all while having a blast.

Its okay, too pricey. Enclosed tube versions are more accessible.
This is a juggling skill toy, so depending on the person it can either invoke curiosity and determination in the "one more try" types, or frustration and difficulty for those with less dexterity. I fall in the former category, I was able to get a feel for it for a single ball rather quickly. I struggled when trying to get a loop of 2 balls going, which I felt would be easier with a closed tube as I've played with in the past.Keep this away from little ones as the balls are quite heavy and if they get bounced around in the wrong direction could definitely cause some damage. Getting hit with one of these for an adult wouldn't be pleasant, more so for a child. For teens and adult is a proper description, YMMV on whether a younger person with smaller hands would be able to safely play with this. I recommend outdoor use unless you have a particular open space with high ceilings. Giving yourself more hang time and room to maneuver and use the second tube with a partner to try to play catch and attempt to get a tandem juggle going without taking a ball to the face. It would be nice if it had a little carry sack so you can just take it along with other yard toys/games for a BBQ or a picnic. This has a pretty high skill ceiling to do anything cool and definitely not for everyone. Even getting a loop with a single ball would not be worth the effort for some. This is nowhere near a perfect toy. 3 stars - it works if you put in the effort, but too expensive if you just want to give it a try.

Want to learn to juggle? 100% for teens/adults.. takes patience and skill!
Having a similar toy with a “U” shape elbow that was a fully enclosed tube with open ends.. I was expecting that same type of needed skill set for this item. For anyone like me who thinks it’s comparable to the mentioned toy.. this is far more difficult bc of the open design. I believe this IS for those interested in beginner steps in the process of juggling vs. inclosed style that is about the methodical rhythm + feel received as its end goal. The open tube creates the opposite vibe- with intention to develop a skill that is difficult and will take plenty of patience and practice to pull it off. Something that’s not always relaxing-U shape piece is very sturdy and easy to grip and hold steady. Did not realize it came with x2 U pieces.. One ea. in light/dark blue. To begin one masters moving a ball inside a U and developing ability to have ball roll up one side, actually arch and become airborne then, land and roll back down the opposite side of tube. Eventually, moving to the ability to incorporate one U in each hand.. while completing the ball process ie., just like juggling! This helps create a feel/motion for a user- then it’s practice, practice, practice till ready to toss balls without the aid of the device.. and gain the skill of juggling!!Ball has smooth exterior with a weighted feel similar to a golf ball and approx in size as well.. The weighted component actually makes the juggling process easier to learn. Careful bc these can go rogue while learning.. so, be free and clear of breakable items! Best in a larger space or one you’ve prepped and removed breakables!Solidly made for a specific purpose. In theory, it feels capable of aiding user to develop a skill. Best to keep in mind- definitely a fun challenge for those who have interest. Hoping info helps decision.. stay safe everyone.

Challenging Fun for Kids and Adults
The Scoop-de-Loop Juggling Set consists of two rigid semi-circular plastic scoops and four balls which have a rubbery exterior with an inner core that is harder and more solid than I had expected. The kit can be used as a throw and catch game between two players or, for one person, as either a toss up and catch game and, if I read the instructions properly, either juggling or keeping the ball moving in a circle as you spin it in the plastic scoop. My intention for ordering these was for my grandchildren to play with them when they visit but I spent quite a while trying them out myself. Although it reminded me of toys I was successful with when I was a child, I must admit that I found it very hard now that I am past retirement age. However I am determined to succeed given time and practice with the added benefit of helping with my eye-hand coordination and dexterity - both of which have decreased as I've gotten older. It will the interesting to see how well my 6 and 8 year old grandkids do with it.All in all I think the Scoop-de-Loop Juggling Set is a marvelous toy that will be heartily enjoyed - both when used just by myself and with my grandkids. I rate this product a solid 5 stars.

Very nice set!
I've been juggling professionally and unprofessionally for years. I ran a clown company at one time. I juggle balls, rings, clubs, knives, and torches.I was really hoping to provide video of me using these tubes in both hands, etc. Nope. It's going to take more time for this old dog to learn this trick!Still, this is a well made product. The balls do not bounce too much, so it's not the worst to retrieve.I saw reviews about using this outside. To learn just about any form of juggling (with the obvious exception of lit torches), I recommend learning inside against a couch. Put your legs right up to the couch and juggle at a low height. When you drop the ball(s), it drops on the couch and you aren't having to bend too far to retrieve it.That's how I will eventually get this down. Perhaps I'll return then!In the meantime, it is well made and worth the money. I can't think of much outside of juggling that will bring more improvement to your balance, hand-eye coordination, and overall grace! Don't get me wrong - I'm a clumsy guy! Still, if I drop a coffee cup from the cupboard, I'm likely catching it before it hits the floor!

It’s good for kids but the balls are a little hard so you have to be careful
