I bought a neon arcade sign from these guys and unfortunately the light stopped working around six months after I purchased it. I emailed the seller and told them the light had stopped working and I was aware I was well outside of the return window but wondered if anything could be done. I received a response from the seller literally within minutes. I was given some instruction on how to isolate where the problem was and it was determined the dimmer switch had gone bad, thus cutting off power to the light. Once the dimmer switch was removed from the power cord, the light worked albeit it was very bright. The seller asked me if I needed the dimmer switch and if so, they would send me out a new one asap. Here's where it gets good. Not only did they send me a new dimmer switch but to my surprise, there was a whole new light along with it! I thought I was going to have to splice in a new dimmer to the old light. This is amazing customer service. If you're looking at buying a neon light, buy from these guys.

Customer service was very quick to reach out to me to confirm what I wanted on the vertical custom sign. Received it with a sturdy and hard cardboard outer box, bubble wrap, and a ton of plastic to keep things together. The packaging was solid, and so is this sign. It’s bright as hell if you don’t dim it. I bought the 35”, and I’m glad I did. It’s not small, but it’s also not obnoxiously large. I would recommend hanging it with the included screws instead of from a chain due to the weight. The wireless remote lets you change the brightness, different flashing modes, and speed of each of those modes. The sign has a very clean appearance and seems like it will be built to last.I saw some other reviews about a different (horizontal) sign’s dimmer switch being faulty. I hope this one doesn’t fail on me.

The sign finally popped on with the remote. Works excellent! Extremely bright! At first, it didn’t work. Not sure why the delay, but it works now, and looks great!

The media could not be loaded. UPDATE SEPT 25, 2024:Cleaning out my garage I found my 2 useless led neon ARCADE signs...still annoyed both broke with in months. Just for fun I decided to look into it more. The AC adapter seems to be powering just fine. Jiggling wires did nothing. Finally I opened the casing to the POWER/DIMMER switch. I'm no electrician but just looking at the circuit board I saw nothing. I cut the wires at both ends and wired them together and PRESTO!!! The light still works. It's the cheap crappy power/dimmer switch they're using that seems to be going defective for a lot of folks. This shouldn't even be for sale on the store after reading how many other people are having the same issue.So if you can find a higher quality power/dimmer switch online somewhere and solder the wires to that, you SHOULD be good...but we shouldn't have to do this for a $125 item.ORIGINAL REVIEWAwesome LED sign that looks like neon for my little retrocade setup in my garage. Been a huge fan of all things neon since the 90s. Have to keep it on the lower brightness because thing is bright AF (as the kids say) if turned all the way up. Only 3 days in with it so far. Hopefully it last a long time without issue.EDIT: Have to drop it to one star...lasted a few months and then just wouldn't work anymore. The seller was kind enough to send me another light but that too also died within a couple months of use. Its in my garage and only used for a few hours at night....not even every night. I don't know why 2 have broken on me.

Edit - Stopped working less than 3 months in. It now flashes sporadically. I first thought it was the included power supply but my multi meter measures it correctly at 12v. I assume it's the actual LED controller... makes me sad. I really enjoyed it til now.Edit 2 - Troubleshot it with seller who is very responsive. The inline on/off dimmer failed. Cut out the dimmer and rewired and it works at FULL brightness. Which unfortunately is way too bright to be enjoyable and usable... a dimmer is a must for this product. Seller is continuing to work with me to make it right with replacement. Very much appreciated.-Original Review-I was surprised by the size and quality. Let’s be honest - ordering things like this off Amazon can be pretty dicey when dealing with the seller market place. However, everything looks super crisp, smooth bends, good cut and shaping. The mounting system is decent enough.My one complaint is that you cannot use a smart switch to control it. It doesn’t remember it’s last mode so when power is cycles it defaults to OFF and must be turned on by the inline control switch.

After seeing some of the example pictures on the product page, I decided to place an order. The Team worked with me to design my sign exactly to specification. They used a specific font I had requested, as well as customized etching for a specific picture/logo I provided. The sign turned out spectacular and is exactly what I was looking for. If you’re considering this option go for it - you will not be disappointed!

We saw this sign start to flash and flicker at random so we unplugged it so my son could sleep without flashing lights. Since plugging it in again it no longer turns on. Super frustrated and disappointed in this sign.After leaving this review they contacted me and walked me through some trouble shooting. The switch was the issue and they replaced the sign. The communication was above par and their need to make this right was great! Amazing customer service!

** Update**After posting my review here, the company contacted me and made it right! They sent a new sign and it is working great, fantastic customer service!Worked for a few months, then it died. The on/off switch still lights up, but the sign doesn't work. Not sure how to contact the seller now as it's not returnable anymore, would love to hear from them
