Works for Frontier FiOS
A bit pricey (as compared to other path cords with the wrong connector), but works as expected. Good quality stuff!

Affordable, easy to work with, replacable fiber optic cables!
Before this, my AT&T U-Verse fiber optic cable came out of a hole in the wall and ended up getting broken a couple of times because I dropped something against it or got it tangled up when moving other networking components around. This cable solved all of that so I'll never have to pay for a technician to come back and cut, cleave, polish and reconnect the master fiber line. All I needed to do was to put the cable that AT&T owns inside the hole, plug the end into a coupler, push the coupler into this wall plate and then run my new cable into the GPON. Now, AT&T's cable is safely tucked away inside the wall and the only one that is vulnerable is easy and affordably replaced, should I need to do that in the future. The excess coils up neatly into the back of the GPON unit, and I haven't lost any speed or added any latency to my connection. These cables are affordable and easy enough to work with that anyone can finish this home improvement task within 15 minutes. I highly recommend this cable and will be buying more in the future.

Extremely difficult to work with.
The close-up photos of this fibre suggest, as though it was similar to more rugged cable. However, the tiny optical fibre is only surrounded by a very thin protective sheath of plastic. The outer diameter of this cable is only 1.5mm. The result is that, as one is trying to lead it through its holes and corners, the combined cable twists and gets tied up in knots, and refuses to go all the way through 1/2 inch holes in the wall. It handles like a wet noodle. As soon as there is a knot, the tiny fibre in the middle can just break.

works great for at&t fiber
I have a bgw320 gateway with fiber running right to the back. I wanted a longer fiber than the one at&t provided and this does the trick. I'm getting the same 1gbps speeds with this 100ft cable as i was with the 10ft cable provided by at&t when they installed my service.

Compatible with AT&T fiber!!!
Recently got AT&T optic fiber installed and needed to relocate the modem to my room. I purchased this fiber optic cable and did not fail me!! It’s flexible enough to maneuver along the walls and you will not lose speed. I tested before and after the installation, and still had my 300MB download speed
