Such a beautiful plant and came in nice and full and in great condition.

No roots
Product came in small pot with soil. Left in pot with soil and watered lightly with indirect and direct sunlight. Plant started wilting so I transferred to larger pot with better soil. When I did this, I noticed there were no roots at all. I was watering branches and leaves that were stuck into a pot of dirt. There were no roots / beginnings of roots. This plant was in that initial stage where it needs to be dangled in a cup of water. Again no roots established at all.
