This is a good storage option for protein powder. As you may know, protein powder degrades from oxidation, due to air exposure. I often buy protein powder in bulk, such as Carnivore, and it comes in a cheap zip-loc type mylar bag. No matter how good your protein is, it will degrade in poor storage options like the bulk bags the protein often arrives in. This air tight container holds an entire bag of Carnivore protein, and the air lock handle is easy to use and works great. I've had zero issues with locking or air leaks. The plastic is thick and won't break or crack if dropped, and as long as you don't scrub or scratch the plastic with anything metal, it cleans very easily too. I highly recommend it for protein powder.

If it was the right size this would be just perfect, but I ordered it believing that it held the amount listed. Shame on me for not doing a conversion. Admittedly, the shape of what goes in determines and appropriate weight. But flour and clay powder are similar. (When marketing, proper volume/weight in that country's units should be given.) Otherwise it's an excellent tight sealing container for dry storage.So instead of sending this back, I'm going to keep it and use it for a smaller amount of something else. I ended up ordering the next size up and I'm looking forward to using this container and the one on it's way.I do recommend this product, but I highly suggest doing a conversion to figure out exactly what size you actually need, so you can order the right size for your needs. I recommend this seller and hope the manufacturer or marketing department lists the correct size conversion. It's really well made and I believe will last a very long time!

This is ideal for the 12 lb bag of dog food to keep it fresh. It fits nicely on a shelf for storage.

Nice product! Using for storing dig food and bird food bulk. Looks great, I like that the handle folds down, lid easy to open and seals right back as it should; serves the purpose!

The lid barely stays on and the container warped in the dishwasher. This happened with the original and replacement.

Tight seal on the lid and saves space in my pantry. Fits about 14lb bag of rice inside easily.
