How do I put this outfit on?

You put it on as you would normally put on any clothes. It comes as two pieces of separate clothing, the white top and red bottom. You put on the top first, then the bottom. You use the red cloth ties that comes on the bottom to tie it together and keep it tight on you. Also you are gonna need safety pins to pin the white top in place & also pin the red bow on your outfit. It's not hard to figure out, trust me once you get it, it'll be easy to put on. Just make sure to get safety pins. Also it comes with socks which is a plus!

I am 5ft and 96 lbs. What size should I oder?

You should order a size small/m(Japan). I bought it last year for my daughter and she had around the same measurements as you then. The material is really good, it is a great product and were very happy with it. Good luck.
