Fast delivery, have used it now and it works very well. Good rope for leisure as well as fitness/boxing skipper. I can recommend. Re. sizing: initially use a rubber band instead of the metal clip. This will allow you to play around with the sizing before you finalise the length. Generally you will find that you will want to shorten it as you become a better skipper.

This is one of the best jumping ropes I have used for its money. And I have used a lot of ropes during my boxing classes. The quality and build of the rope for the price it is sold is phenomenal. I would totally recommend this rope if you want a good jumping rope. It will last and you can also do tricks with it. When you first open the box, you get a leaflet with instructions on how to adjust the rope length. It is not necessary to cut the rope if it is almost ok in height. You could always do a knot on both sides. If the lenght is really a problem you can always adjust it. At first the rope has some kinks because of the packaging. This will leave while using it. I have hung mine on my pull up bar and it helped straighten the rope. After my purchace I received an email from the seller. I have contacted them about another product I bought from them and I have to say that the customer service is one of the best I have ever seen. The handles are very comfortable and the the speed balls inside it are very smooth. There is also some extra hardware included in the box. Keep in mind that if you are a beginner and try to do tricks like criss cross with this rope and it hits your body, it will hurt. But once you know how to do it, it is a good rope for tricks, not as good as ropes that are made specifically for tricks but that is not what it was designed for.An all around jumping rope of great quality and great price. I would totally recommend it and give it 4.5 stars

Not very good at all. Bought in May 2017, and only used a small number of times. Today the cable split inside the handle. I took one end cap off one side and the plastic cable had sheared through. I'd expect it to go one day but not so fast with such light use.

Very good skipping rope, but does not last, I have had it for little over two months and have used it a reasonable amount, but not an excessive amount. That said it snapped and now I will have to buy a new one. Disappointing.

Strong and durable rope. Finally something that I can practically use on a concrete floor. Very happy.Update: the rope split in half today which is very disappointing. This is why I reduced it to 3 star!

These are good, don't try to save money on a cheaper set, I've tried and they don't work as well. This great set from Cayman Fitness has what you want, good bearings, swings easily, I hit 56 on my first attempt, and they are easy to adjust if you need them shorter. I'm 6'2" and they are fine for me, I think even taller would be OK with these. You could spend more on a rope made of leather, but this plastic, while it doesn't hang as nicely and appears to have kinks in it, when you're skipping, you won't notice, it's smooth and swings fine.

Decent jump rope with comfortable handles and easy rotation of ripe in handle mechanism. The only thing I've notice is the actual plastic rope is somewhat hard and hasn't gone supple (even in the summer months). This does cause it to stay out of shape for some time when its stored away

I like the skipping ropes. they arrive early and they are light. the size of the handle also is good so it is not so big nor too small.
