We keep these on hand for traveling and my husband keeps a few in desk drawer at work for an easy emergency breakfast. Just run hot water through hotel coffee maker and you have breakfast. We actually like every variety of this brand. We keep the envelope ones for home as they are cheaper but sometimes convenience wins and having a "bowl" is good.

I found the product first at Costco, they ran out and I looked and found it here in Amazon. The product is so good I don’t want to be without. Try it, you won’t repent yourself. One thing I do when I take it in the morning I immediately pour water or milk on a new one and leave in the frig for the next day.

Fruit, seeds and probiotic oats too, it's healthy and yummy! I add Califia Farms toasted coconut milk or your favorite almond milk or regular milk to the fill line and refrigerate overnight. Quick, awesome breakfast! Mixed Berry is my favorite but Vanilla Pecan is good too.

Good but, unfortunately and strangely flax seed is in every single one of these, and especially for my husband, flax seed has estrogen, estrogen was added to meat until they stopped the hormones and antibiotics, so this isnt good, that shouldnt be in these mixes at all. wont buy again
