The media could not be loaded. Very easy and safe to use. Lights candles easily. Although this doesn't have a normal flame it is still very hot and could burn so caution should be used as with any lighter. A full charge lasts weeks and with the 4 blue lights it's easy to see when it needs a charge, I just use my phone charger.

Superb piece of kit. So easy to use, great for hard to reach wick. Rechargeable so economical too. Very simple design, seems to be reasonably flame resistant.

I was sceptical that it would work.Came charged and easy to use.Lights candles and incense sticks easily.

Initial views were ok, I like the fact that it slides out to protect the elements at the end, simple to use.However, after about 30 seconds, it has a cut off, meaning it won't work until you slide the switch back in and then out again. It doesn't glow in the dark (it's just bright yellow) and unfortunately mine wouldn't recharge (so just a single charge item in my case).I did contact the manufacturer to say I had an issue with the product and asked if I should return it to them or through Amazon, they never responded and now my Amazon return window is closed.

Nice lighter, works by generatingvanbarc between 2 electrodes, seems to be much more reliable than the cheap long gas lighters that stop working after a month or three.It is described as fluorescent. Not true, but it does glow in the dark. A useful feature, but it only works if the lighter isn't kept in a drawer or dark place, much like the luminous dial on a watch.

Product arrived fine and worked for a couple of months. I charged it once. Next time I went to charge and no response. Will not charge at all and has stopped working. I have tried to contact supplier through the correct channels and have had no answer.Really Poor . DO NOT BUY. Look elsewhere and look for different supplier.EDIT - They got back to me after me emailing direct via the address on website rather than form. They have offered full replacement without sending back broken one. so have given extra two stars.

Fast charging and easy to use. Great quality build and will last a lifetime. Slim and light weight. My go to choice of lighters, ideal for candles as you can keep a safe distance from any flames. Safe as you must slide up before it can work so you can’t accidentally catch the button.
