Get them for postpartum!
The FitRight Fresh Start Adult Diapers were an absolute lifesaver during my postpartum recovery! They provided amazing comfort, absorbency, and security, making those first few weeks so much easier. Unlike other bulky options, these are soft, breathable, and fit really well, so I never felt uncomfortable or restricted.I especially loved how absorbent and leak-proof they were, giving me peace of mind while I was healing. The material is gentle on the skin, and they stayed secure without bunching or shifting. If you’re looking for a comfortable and reliable option for postpartum or incontinence needs, I highly recommend these! They made a stressful time so much more manageable, and I’m so glad I had them!

Thank you Nothing is a Panacea. A Good Product and Diligent Consumer Wins the prize
Fits well and pretty good with minimizing odor. The inner lining could be thicker but is generally adequate.. If the brief and/ or the pad get wet leakage and odor will follow. Change both often; while this may increase expenses it prevents skin breakdown and/or irritation and minimizes leakage and yes Iodor.

Introducing the "Disastrous Diaper" by Arm & Hammer:Your Fresh Start XXLarge Women's Underwear, or so they claim. The packaging of this product is a bit misleading. On the cover, you're greeted with a cheerful woman sporting what seems to be black granny panties. It's unclear whether the granny panties are worn over the disastrous diaper or if they're supposed to represent the product inside. Quite the conundrum!Product was purchased for a 58-year-old woman battling multiple sclerosis, who decided to put this product to the test against the tried-and-true Depends Extra Extra Large Fresh Protection Underwear. Let's just say, it didn't even come close. The cut of the Fresh Start underwear is all wonky; it refuses to stay up and feels like a constant annoyance. Unlike its competitor, the back pad isn't sewn down, serving as a perpetual reminder of age and the fact that a poorly made adult diaper is being worn. The padding is awful and lumpy before use. The back of the pad is not seen down leaving a huge long extra piece of discomfort and the constant sensation resembling a never-ending dingleberry on the backside. Two thumbs down for sure!To add insult to injury, the craftsmanship of this product is abysmal. There are elastic pieces hanging out all over the place, which, if you're sensitive to touch, can be downright infuriating. In conclusion, save your hard-earned money and opt for the Depend Fresh Protection Women's Underwear instead. In the photos accompanying this review, the Arm & Hammer Fresh Start underwear is depicted in black, while the Depend variant is a more flattering nude or peach color.

Excellent!
I love that these come in different colors. I am young and have incontinence from MS so I really want colors and briefs that fit like underwear and don’t look like you’re wearing a diaper under your clothes! These check all of those boxes. There is no urine odor although they aren’t scented. The fit is excellent! I wish they were less expensive but they are relatively close to other brands in price.

5 Stars for comfort alone!
I've been using a less expensive brand which fit my budget and worked OK with booster pads but left me with terrible rashes where the leg opening rubs and just a general discomfort all over while wearing them. You KNEW you were wearing plastic. These FitRight aren't necessarily more absorbent than most others, but they are softer, more comfortable and no skin irritation to be had. They feel more like cloth. I still need booster pads and they are a bit more expensive compared to the ones I've been using, but it's hard to put a price on comfort when you're dealing with an uncomfortable situation.
