Good quality and very hard
As it is stated in the description it is medical mattress, which means it is very hard. Don’t expect to receive soft or medium mattress. The quality is very good for its price.

Very bad product and no warranty in reality
Matress is very bad quality and give back pain to anyone who sleep on it. Reach the seller which is ajman local company from past 2 months for warranty but no response and ignores and amazon is not helpful even its mention sold by amazon. Never buy deep sleep matress.

Very hard mattress
Ordered the mattress after reading the reviews. Received it and it was as hard as a plank of wood. I ordered a mattress topper to see if that made a difference and it did not so only order if you like sleeping on hard surfaces. When I received, the mattress was a little damp too once the plastic was removed

Worst product and brand service
mattress worn out within one year, its shape has been completely changed with sagging. Also, giving fake warranty, no response from the brand deep sleep, even after many follow ups. Does not deserve even one star rating.
