Parts Missing
The hooks, needles and knitting reel missing from the box. No option to get the missing parts unless you return the whole box. This was a child’s Christmas present. Very disappointed with the service.

Good quality for price.
Plenty of parts and experiments. Suitable for all ages but with support from parent. My daughter loves science and this is one of her favourite kits.

I was very disappointed that the parcel was not packaged
The actual product is lovely, exactly what I expected but the box was not packaged and the delivery label, which will not come off, was stuck to the box. As it was a gift I was disappointed with this

The product is advertised in English but we have received a Spanish version of it. Nothing is in English inside (instructions, board game…).
