THIS is my sweetener
I have found my new sugar substitute! I've tried this powder and another brand's liquid & this is the one I have subscribed to. (BTW: Make sure to dig around for the scoop. It's in there, but I had a hard time finding it... PROS: + It's affordable (compared to others - including the liquid one I tried) + There is ZERO after taste. I am really sensitive to flavors & alluose is the only one I know of that is not bitter, cooling, offensively sweet if I get it on my hands, etc. The closest one to this was a combo sweetener that was fine until I had to inhale. Every time I took a breath for the next hour, there was a slight cooling sensation on my tongue and in my throat. + This can be used as is or I can make a liquid with it. I like the powder for baking/cooking, and the liquid for adding to coffee and tea. + The bag seals up well. + There is a little scoop included - but I had to dig, dig, dig to find it! LOL + I did not experience any stomach issues, even though I added some to my coffee and tea all day, every day for about a week. + GMO-free - which is very important to me. + If this isn't as sweet as I'd like - esp with my coffee -I can add just a pinch of brown sugar & that does it for me. CONS: - This is much finer than expected. I thought it would be crystals/granules. It is very much like powdered sugar. I have to be careful when measuring it out. - I do have to be careful not to overuse this. I have CKD stage 3b & allulose is (mostly) not metabolized & is excreted through urine. This could add a bit more strain to my kidneys, so I just limit my intake. Allulose is safer for my kidneys than sugar. - I have to use a little more than I'd like to get my sweet kick. - It is not as sweet as sugar. Some people say that it is 70% as sweet as sugar. I think it's more like 60% based on what I need to use. - The bag is a bit of waste. It is 2lbs of product, but there is a lot of settling. It could be in a bag half the size, Overall, I am SO happy I found this because it helps me cut down on or, in some cases, cut OUT - sugar. I keep half the bag as is, and make a liquid with the other half.

Sugar free caramel
Good price. Tastes good. I use it to make caramel. It caramelizes nicely . I also make syrup with it. I also sprinkle it on frozen berries. Some people are sensitive to allulose and can get digestive issues. I would start with using it sparingly at first and maybe mix it with some stevia. Then, gradually increase the amount that you ingest. It’s not as sweet as sugar so adding another sweetener with it while you are to titrating up will boost the sweetness.

Great sugar substitute for diabetics
I bought this to be able to bake sweets for my husband who has diabetes. For most products it does a great job. Everyone agrees that my raspberry pie actually tastes bette with the Allulose than regular sugar. And so far, no aftertaste! Very good product.

Nearly as sweet as sugar, but without the health issues.
This is a great sweetener, but it's more like powdered sugar rather than granulated sugar.

Yes
To me this tastes like sugar. While I prefer granulated texture, this powder does dissolve well in cold beverages. I have no trouble with stomach upset.

Highly recommended
This seems like the most affordable way to buy quality allulose. It's finely powdered so dissolves quickly, and comes in a resealable ziplock bag. I like allulose as it caramelizes, thickens, and makes baked goods sticky and gooey like real sugar, something that no other sugar substitute does that I'm aware of. Highly recommended for keto.

Cheapest I’ve seen by far for a reason!
The price was better than the other Allulose I’ve tried (and researched and trust) so I bought it since I depend on it. It took forever to get the package (which is not likely the fault of the manufacturer) so it was weeks before I could test it out and as soon as I started using it I wondered why the taste and texture were both different than I’ve seen before. Then reading the whole package to see what it’s cut with- it seemed like it was cut with maltodextrin or something. I found that while the front brags there are no carbs; the nutrition label does show carbs and there is no fiber or sugar alcohol to deduct for a claim of zero bet carbs. I’ve been too busy to deal with a return unfortunately, but I will not purchase this product again. If you are strictly watching your carbs or dealing with any medical issues or trying to fix your insulin, you should reconsider this product. I guess it’s cheap for a reason!

Allulose Did Not Work For Me Unfortunately….
The recent research of the negative impact of Erythrotol lead my husband and I to make a change in sweeteners to this Allulose. Both Allulose and Erythrotol do not alter blood glucose because they are not metabolized in the body. Both Allulose and Erythrotol have a sweetness of about 70% of sugar and are low calorie. They are comparable in price. This Allulose was the cheapest per ounce at the time of my receiving it. Why Allulose is better than Erythrotol: You can use Allulose in baking and it will even carmelize. The texture of Allulose is almost a powder so it mixes into everything easily. Both of these sweeteners can give stomach upset if you have too much of them IF you have the kind of body where that occurs. Unfortunately I do have that issue so now I’m trying monk fruit sweetener instead.. However, my husband did not have a stomach issue with Allulose but was frustrated by how much weaker the Allulose is than stevia. He said that he just kept adding more and more Allulose and it just never seemed to make his coffee sweeter. So, now we’re trying monk fruit. That one seems more sweet than Allulose and doesn’t upset my stomach. But it still is less sweet than stevia and has an unusual aftertaste to me. Oh! I measured the spoon that comes with this Allulose. It is a teaspoon and a half. If you are accustomed to sugar, this spoon is convenient because That is so convenient because replacing a teaspoon of sugar is the same amount of sweetness as a teaspoon and a half of Allulose.
