Great quality and sharp as a razor even after lots of use. Makes slicing and dicing so easy but don’t get to cocky or it will bite you!

It's very sharp so be careful the one I have is not stainless maybe that was just a one off apart from that probably buy again but not at a higher price.

Good sturdy knife
We already own one of these and bought a second one to take to family in Thailand. It's got a nice weight to it and holds an edge well. Easy enough to re-sharpen.
