I’m taking 3 Thrive Organic supplements and really like the results. It’s only been about 10 days but I feel a difference in energy, my sleep cycle is more regular and my appetite is well controlled. It wasn’t until more recently that I became interested in the benefits of consuming mushrooms to improve my health. A friend recommended I try some different mixes and teas, but I found most of them to not taste overly enjoyable and found that I had a hard time consuming them. I eventually found some mixes that I could make drinks with that weren’t bad (mostly because of the spices added to cover up some of the other tastes), so seeing this supplement as a pill seemed like a good option for those that may not have any desire to ever taste a mushroom. As stated on the label and product page, this is a complex or mix of different mushrooms. This blend contains extracts from chaga, reishi, maitake, shiitake, and turkey tail mushrooms. The ingredients are certified as USDA organic and non-GMO. In addition, this supplement is gluten free, kosher, vegan 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA in a GMP certified facility. The supplement comes as a brown powder in a cellulose capsule that is similar in size to many other supplements and one that I find relatively easy to swallow (although if you have trouble swallowing pills, you may consider these a little large). The capsules come in a semi-transparent brown plastic container with a wide mouth screw on lid. I find with these larger lids that it sometimes is easier to just reach inside and fish out the pills instead of trying to pour them out. There is a slight odor to the capsules that is a bit earthy and a little like bark, which I assume is from the combination of different smells from the mushrooms. I didn’t actually mind the aroma and thought it was quite mild. There is little to no taste to the capsules, so that was nice. This mushroom complex seems like a good blend of quality ingredients and I feel comfortable taking and am glad to have found a way to get the potential benefits of eating mushrooms without actually having to eat mushrooms.

I love the convenience of multiple types of functional mushroom powders in one easy capsule. I used to take various capsules or powders to get the benefits of each of these functional mushrooms. But now, I can just take this one capsule and be done. The capsule is easy to swallow and no unpleasant burpees afterwards.

This kind of is difficult to determine the value, as you can break down to 500mg/daily and get a full 4 month use out of this or take two a day but then you run out that much more quickly... at almost $50 a bottle though this stuff really isn't cheap. I would have liked to have seen the percentages of each mushroom shown as I'd be curious to see if it's an equal ratio, or if like this pill is 95% shiitake and <1% the rest. I've been taking it for about a week and have not felt any difference. Pills are manageable to take and don't leave any aftertaste. There was a production date (mine was July of 2022, though I purchased in January of 2023). There was no expiration date listed which was odd. I would assume I should consume within 1-2 years though so I'll finish the bottle before that time.

i'm a big believer in the benefits of mushrooms. This is a really good mushroom blend, i appreciate that they are organic and sustainably grown. The capsules are a big large. They are mostly easy to take, but if you have issues with large pills/capsules these may not be for you. i didn't notice any after taste from these, and they don't 'come back up' later in the day. i have found that mushroom supplements either in capsules or added to coffee really do help my concentration. The price is a bit higher than average on these, but it contains 120 capsules and it's recommended to take 2 per day, unlike many others that suggest 3-4 per day. These are made in the USA and vegan friendly.
