I’ve tried many chlorophylls but i haven’t ever seen it this dull colour, despite putting in 1.5ml , and there was clumps. It seems as if it has gone out of date. No taste, not even a slight mint taste. Very uneffective.

I'm always interested more in supplements which have a more natural source, and their vitamin and mineral content is from the plants themselves.I expect to get most of my generally good health from my diet and lifestyle, but in times of stress (I think we are all living through this, globally, now) the extra help from supplementation may be neededImportant to note this should not be taken on an empty stomach, so, after a meal, for me, nor undiluted.The peppermint in this (for taste) is pleasant. I take it in a small amount of water, after breakfast. No untoward effects from taking this - but, for me, no dramatic positive effects either - but, I would not expect there to be, as I am someone who actively seeks to maintain my good health.The only slight challenge with anything delivered by pipette, is that you won't know, till the bottle nears its end, whether the length of the glass tube was long enough for the bottle.You can't suck up the full suggested ml in a single squirt, which is a bit of a shame, the full bottle could only suck up 0.75 ml, so its a little bit more fiddly than it might need to be to get that ml dose

The bottle has 60 servings, but the instructions recommend 1 ml 1-3 times a day, which means only 20 days’ supply If you take the maximum amount. The amount of water isn’t specified, so I used roughly 50ml.The cap is fairly hard to get off, however this means that it is child proof and also avoids accidental leaks.The pipette has measurements on the side, revealing the inconvenient fact that the pipette fails to draw up a full ml, even when the bottle is full.The description says the formula includes “Vitamins A, C, K and E plus essential fatty acids and minerals”, but there is no indication of amounts. You would need to take other supplements to get a full dose of any of these.It has a delicious peppermint taste.It’s supposed to be good for digestion and energy levels, but I haven’t noticed much difference.Overall, it’s OK if you want a small drink of something healthy and refreshing, but I can’t see it having much impact on your well-being.
