Ex O Fit Hi Men's Hi-Shoes

The Reebok Ex-O-Fit Hi's are not what they once were - Trying to get a new pair over the last month or two sizing has a big issue for me. They feel narrower than they used to be and are about 1 to 1.5 sizes smaller than proper UK sizes. I am a size 10 and I wanted some that felt comfortably loose so 10.5 should have done the trick. After many being sent back I've settled on 11.5 which are still a bit tight but I lack the will to send them back anymore. To me size 11.5 feel like 10s. Compared against other size 10 shoes they seem an exact match sole to sole. I have been buying these for near on 30 years and this shoddiness is a bit of a blow. But after talking to Reebok direct I got the impression they neither cared about their customers nor their product any more. So I don't see why I should remain loyal and will be moving to a different brand once these wear out. I'll see if I can find a trainer brand that still care about their product. Sad but things change and we must move on. For those looking at the Reebok range in general I've found Chinese made Reeboks to be sized correctly but Vietnamese to be 1 to 1.5 sizes smaller than marked and narrower than the previous ones made in Indonesia (which were a great trainer in their time).

I love these trainers!I'm female, and I can't fit into the women's version of these which are the freestyle hi since the toe box is too narrow for my toes. So when I found these I thought I'd give them a try and they fit exactly how I want them to fit me. They're the most comfortable secure feeling trainers and they look so cute. So, if you too don't fit the traditional women's version then buy these in your regular size because they fit how they should.

I've worn these for several years and would never willingly change. Only snag for someone with wide feet is that they can be a bit too narrow (hence only 4 stars). But I'm told that different countries (either China or Thailand I think) make them with a wider fit. Other than that these are wonderfully comfortable and offer excellent foot and ankle support.

This trainer feels like it's cheap bargain basement rubbish, the leather even now after two months still hasn't softened up and the trainer has such a little amount of padding under the foot that it's uncomfortable to wear for long. The toe section is far too tight as well overall it's one of the most uncomfortable trainers i've ever had.

They arrived the very next day after my order, wich was a huge surprise because it was showing an estimated time of 4 days to be delivered.They fit nicely, i usually wear 9.5 UK/ 44 EU on shoes and i ordered my size and they are amazing!I love the brand new look on them, still having that old style fashion look.Overall, they totally worthed the 50£ ive spent on them! Hope they last me for a long time cause ive just fell in love with them at first sight :)

I like the sensible shorter laces and the velcro flap that covers the knot meaning the laces don't come undone and trail on the floor as a trip hazard. They fit my slimmer than average feet very well and there is room for my arch support orthotics. The only thing that stops this getting 5 stars is the inadequate tread on the soles which is more appropriate to trainers than hiking shoes. Otherwise it would be my perfect footwear. As it is, I can find nothing that is better.

The product itself is absolutely fantastic, it's packaged excellently, so all good. However, what I was very disappointed with is the delivery itself, because when I ordered it on Monday 22nd February 2021, it stated a delivery date of Friday 26th February 2021, I cannot remember if it was an estimated date or not. However, as soon as my payment went through, the delivery date changed to Sunday 28th February 2021, which was really annoying because the item was a gift for a birthday on that day. Having no choice but to keep tracking the parcel on the Sunday, it was very disappointing to discover at lunchtime that the parcel would be delivered between 4.30 - 6.30pm. Two hours later it changed to 6.30 - 8.30pm, eventually it arrived at 8.20pm!!!! I was absolutely furious because not only was it late for the birthday, but who wants their parcel delivered to them at that time of night???!!! The seller needs to become more involved with the delivery service that their customers are experiencing. I take full responsibility for ordering this item so close to the birthday, but the product was advertised with 1st class post which in this case didn't happen.

I have been wearing these shoes for decades. They are still comfortable from the moment I first put them on to when I have to throw them away because they’re falling apart. Great use, I hope they keep making them for decades longer.
